Cedar Hills is looking for Health Information Management Specialist to join our team of great people!
The HIM Assistant organizes, manages, and sorts paperwork (including patients' charts), archiving and retrieving, scanning of medical records, process release of information, analysis of chart deficiencies and updates charts as needed. Ensures the confidentiality of patients' personal information. Performs clerical duties for Health Information Management department and Performance Improvement department which may patient information data entry into computer files, and into paper records.
