About the team

The Risk Reporting & Analytics Team plays a pivotal role in bolstering the company's risk management framework. This team is instrumental in providing comprehensive operational, tactical, and strategic reports that inform decision-making processes across the entire enterprise.

Their expertise in data analytics ensures that risk assessments, mitigation and oversight are based on accurate and up-to-date information, enabling a proactive approach. Furthermore, the team's development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamlines repetitive tasks, enhances accuracy, and reduces operational tasks associated with manual processes.

In addition to our internal contributions, the team serves as a valuable consultant to other groups within the company, offering insights and guidance on how to enhance reporting and automation mechanisms and improve efficiency. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, the Risk Reporting & Analytics Team is a cornerstone of the company's risk management strategy.

What you will be doing

You will be an important member of the Risk Reporting team, providing solutions to help enhance our reporting, analytics, and automation efforts.

As a member of the team, you will engage with stakeholders to determine their needs and collaborate on possible solutions which can expand from a simple Power BI report enhancement to designing and end to end reporting solution.

Furthermore, you will play an important role on our cloud migration, helping design and implement solutions in Microsoft Fabrics and Azure infrastructures.

What you bring

* Good understanding of Kimball Dimensional Modeling

* Proficiency with Power BI development (From ETL to Visual Desings to Workspace Management)

* Proficiency in Dax, Power Query, SQL and Python

* Experience developing and integrating Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

* Experience with Microsoft Azure and how to develop Data solutions in Azure

* Collaborative spirit and passion to teach and learn from others

Bonus if you have

* Experience with Git

* Notebook development using Spark

* Experience either implementing or using CI/CD solutions

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
