Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a pivotal role in supporting other Office Administrators (OAs) within your regions, and the Support Center. You will oversee administrative functions such as training, billing, collections, customer service, purchasing, report generation and analysis, inventory control, payroll, and shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities:

-Supervision: Mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Payroll Management: Review and update the Office Administrators (OA) on Prevailing Wage requirements for employees, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.

- Training and Development: Train new OAs within your territories and keep current OAs up-to-date on new policies and procedures.

- Software Expertise: Become a Subject Matter Expert on NetSuite and other processes.

- Payroll Processing: Training OAs on certified payroll efficiently.

- Liaison: Serve as an effective point of contact for regional service managers and collaborate with other regions, departments, and affiliated local bodies.

- Collections: Contact customers regarding past due accounts, following established deadlines and procedures.

- Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry for payroll, billable hours, orders, invoices, and other records.

- Report Analysis: Generate, print, analyze, and resolve issues from reports related to sales, expenses, coding, inventory, and more.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or GED required; relevant higher education is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in dispatching, office management, bookkeeping, collections, or billing.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in employing diverse training methods.
