Additional Compensation Details:

• $22-$23/HR
• 90-day performance review with potential raise.
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.

Schedule: Morning start time. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours long.

The Role: Forklift Drivers/Receivers assist loading and receiving product, stocking items by hand or with material handling equipment, prepare and complete receiving paperwork and assist with inventory control. Must have sensory capabilities to avoid accidents as warehouse environment involves fast moving forklifts and power jack equipment.

• Be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.
• Receive, break-down and store product in a refrigerated warehouse
• Maintain the warehouse and your equipment to ensure it is in a clean and orderly condition
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• Reliability; consistently at work and on time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willingness to report potentially unsafe conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Here are a few things to be ready for (and don't forget we will train and certify you):

• Receive, break-down and store product in a refrigerated warehouse
• Operate equipment - standing forklift & riding pallet jack which we take the time to be sure everyone is safe to operate
• Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-56 degrees
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
