This includes two primary functions: the administration of our product planning and management tool, Aha!, and regular reporting aimed at operational efficiency and product reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a data driven mindset, healthy skepticism, and a critical eye balanced with a respect for others and the aptitude to supported detailed review and assessment of tools, processes and systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the administration of our product planning tool, Aha! including user training and ongoing support for the product organization

  • Leverage Aha! and Jira reporting to maintain good data hygiene of our product plans and development activities, regular auditing and reporting out to team members

  • Operate with a mindset towards continuous improvement and advocate for best practices in tools and instrumentation to aid efficiency and effectiveness to help the team scale

  • Facilitate large, cross-functional calls

  • Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to drive adherence to standard practices, inform product strategy and enable data driven decisions

  • Provide leadership with ongoing operational metrics relative to aid in management and oversight of critical functions

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Aha! and Jira is preferred; experience with Pendo and Salesforce a plus

  • 3+ years of experience working in business process improvement or a product or quantitative analytics role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • The starting pay range for this role is $75,000+ per annum.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
