POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position: On Call Residential Advocate
Supervisor: Program Support Manager
Location: Varies
Hours: Day, Swing, & Grave shifts
Salary: $22.62 hourly *must work a minimum of 3 shifts per month*
Classification: Non-Exempt
ABOUT US
Transition Projects provides individuals with the services, resources and tools they need to end their homelessness, secure housing, and maintain that housing. Through 14 unique locations across the Portland metro area, our team of over 300 assists more than 10,000 people each year.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide advocacy, information, and referral services to participants staying in emergency shelters. Oversee shelter facility in a manner that is consistent with Transition Projects mission, values, policies and procedures. Actively participate in shelter processes and work as part of a team to provide services to participants.
