Senior Treasury Operations Analyst

What you'll do:

Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations. The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst will work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Chief of Staff.

What we are looking for:

  • Develop and document business processes for reporting, reconciliation, invoicing, and prepaid card process.
  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks related to prepaid cards including facilitating payments distribution, set up, monitoring and executing transfers, and validating data.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Administer program account creation and closure processes, ensuring program accounts are configured appropriately.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and validity of project financial information.
  • Administer the billing and receivable process of the project lifecycle by calculating project invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable metrics.
  • Assist with the month-end close process.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for various projects as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business with 3-5 years of work experience
  • Proven working experience as a Treasury, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative skills, including strong excel abilities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions - displaying both high IQ and EQ
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate.
  • Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution.
  • Ability to work in a small, dynamic team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
