The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a legal professional to join our General Counsel as a Paralegal, based in our Portland, OR office.

How you will have an impact at TPG

The primary role of the Paralegal is to assist our General Counsel in a variety of legal administrative tasks, including reports, filings, research, document preparation, as well as contract and forms management.

What a typical day in this role looks like:

  • Manage projects, schedule meetings, track deadlines, and streamline communication between internal teams and vendors.
  • Draft documents, handle intellectual property filings, manage corporate filings, and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Streamline contract creation, approval, and execution using DocuSign CLM and identify industry-leading best practices.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates to ensure all agreements are consistent and efficient.
  • Collaborate with departments to handle contract requests promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.

Key details

Location: Portland, OR; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 annually (DOE)

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification or diploma
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience as a paralegal
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication skills; critical thinking and research skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • A high level of accountability, discretion, organization, and attention to detail

  • Strong self-sufficiency and able to work independently, as well as in team settings
