Job Description
Almac Group is currently seeking a Temperature Services Coordinator for our Durham location. The Temperature Services Coordinator will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the successful delivery of temperature surveillance services to the customer, as well as serve as subject matter expert for internal and external queries as related to temperature surveillance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Review temperature excursion reports and perform product adjudications per agreed-upon processes with the customer.
  • Use applicable systems to track shipment and site compliance monitoring.
  • Calculate and report data trending and perform root cause analyses on identified deviations.
  • Set up customers and protocols on the applicable temperature services specified on the quote. Coordinate with BD to update quotes with any scope changes.
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
  • Associate Degree AND 2 years clinical research or pharmaceutical experience required OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative position
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
Preferred Experience / Education:
  • Associate's degree
  • 1+ year pharmaceutical or clinical supplies industry experience
  • 2+ years administrative position
  • Project management
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Customer service
  • Working in a cGMP Environment
